Shipping Policy
Where Nuforme ships, what it costs, which days orders go out, and how long delivery takes across Canada.
Nuforme ships across Canada from Richmond, British Columbia. This page covers shipping cost, dispatch days, transit times, and tracking. Last reviewed 26 August 2026.
Shipping is charged at a single flat rate, or free once your order is large enough. There is no per-item or per-province surcharge to work out at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship to every Canadian province and territory. We do not ship outside Canada — checkout accepts Canadian addresses only, so an international order cannot be placed. PO boxes are fine: enter the PO box as your address at checkout.
What shipping costs
Two options, decided automatically by your order size.
- Free shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150.00 CAD or more.
- A flat $25.00 CAD on orders below that threshold.
- The threshold is measured after any promotional code is applied but before loyalty points are redeemed, so paying with points can never cost you your free shipping.
- No tax is charged on these products.
When your order ships
We dispatch twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Your order goes out on the next dispatch day after your payment is confirmed. An Interac e-Transfer is normally reviewed and marked paid within one business day. A Bitcoin payment confirms on its own once the network confirms it.
How long delivery takes
Most parcels arrive within 2 to 5 business days of dispatch in major centres. Rural and remote addresses take longer. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can add time, and these transit estimates come from the carrier rather than from us.
Carriers and packaging
Most orders ship with Canada Post Xpresspost. Some rural addresses are sent by Expedited Parcel instead. Orders are packed discreetly.
Tracking your parcel
Every order includes tracking. When your parcel ships we email you a tracking link, and you can also find it in your account under order history. Tracking numbers are usually created before the carrier's first scan, so it is normal to see no movement for 24 to 72 hours. If tracking still has not updated after 3 business days, contact us and we will look into it.
Problems with a delivery
If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with anyone else at the address and with your local post office first — that resolves most cases. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open a case with the carrier. See our refund policy for how we resolve these.
