Radical transparency

You get the paperwork.

We ask you to put this in your routine, so you deserve to see the receipts. Here is exactly what we test, who tests it, and where to find the results.

What we publish

A certificate for your batch

Not a generic sample, and not last year's report. Each product's certificate carries the batch number printed on your bottle, the method used, the laboratory that ran it, and the date it was issued.

If anything about it does not match what you received, contact us and we will make it right.

The process

How a batch earns its listing

01

Every batch is sampled

Nothing is released on a supplier's word. Each batch we receive is sampled before it is listed for sale.

02

An independent lab runs it

Samples go to a third-party laboratory we do not own, for purity and identity testing. We do not run our own numbers.

03

The result decides

A batch that does not meet spec is not sold. There is no B-grade tier and no quiet discounting of failed stock.

04

The report is published

The certificate of analysis for the batch is published on its product page, so you can read it, keep it, or bring it to your doctor.
