Research use only

Nuforme products are sold in Canada for research and laboratory use. Some peptides are investigational and have not been approved by Health Canada or the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we do not provide medical supervision. Statements have not been evaluated by a regulatory body.

By placing an order you confirm that you are acquiring these materials for laboratory or preclinical research only, and that you will not consume them or administer them to any person or animal. You are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of them safely and lawfully. If you cannot agree to this, please do not order.

Who may order

You must meet all of the following to buy from Nuforme.

• You must be a resident of Canada with a Canadian shipping address. We do not ship outside Canada, and our checkout will not accept a non-Canadian address.
• You must be at least 19 years of age.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• You must not resell our products as being fit for human consumption.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm your payment. We may decline or cancel any order, and we will release or return any payment taken if we do.

• All prices are in Canadian dollars, and no tax is charged on these products.
• The order total is always calculated on our servers when you place the order. If a figure shown in your browser disagrees with our calculation, the server figure is the one that applies.
• We accept Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin. Both are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars, and the price is the same either way.
• An unpaid order is held, with its stock reserved, for 24 hours. After that it expires automatically and the stock is released.
• A Bitcoin payment counts as paid only once it is confirmed on the network. A payment that is visible but not yet confirmed does not complete your order.
• Once an order is paid and processing has started, items cannot be added or removed. Place a separate order instead.
• An order can be cancelled only before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Delivery address accuracy

You are responsible for the address you enter, including any suite or unit number. Once a label is bought and the parcel is with the carrier, an incorrect address is often not recoverable, and we cannot replace a parcel delivered to an address you supplied. Please check it before you submit your order.

Product information and testing

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and every batch is sampled and tested by an independent lab before it is listed. Certificates of analysis are published progressively as results come in. Photographs are illustrative. We do not warrant that any description is complete or error free, and we may correct errors at any time.

Accounts and loyalty points

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and can be redeemed only against an order on this site under the limits shown at checkout. We may suspend an account or void points where we find fraud or abuse.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nuforme is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products, including any loss arising from misuse of a research material. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Canadian consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
